Kathryn Bigelow a fim director, screenwriter and film producer. Born November 27,1951 in San Carlos, California . She is considered an atypical director for her interests outside the theater of action , whether war, futuristic, thriller and even horror. Her films have always had good reviews.
It is the first woman to have won the Oscar for best director with the film " The Hurt Locker".
